Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
